Rainy days. Gray areas. Honesty. I've always been prone to the emotional: songs, lyrics, film. I relate when things go deeply and touch on human story. Often, folks will comment that my music or movie choices are "sad", but that's not what I feel in this space of grayness. I feel connection; seen and related. With so many unanswered questions and wonderings swirling about, most things aren't simple and I enjoy this intimate, vulnerable place to think freely where it's real, open, raw, and not only left to interpretation, but possibility. We never know at what point the story will change.
Raw is an unframed original acrylic painting on canvas that measures 40" tall, 30" wide, and 1.5" deep, created as part of Tobi's "Coming Home" collection and was featured in her first ever solo show. It is varnished and signed on the front, as well as signed and dated on the back. Painting wraps around sides. Ready to hang.
