A colorful representation of resilience through the unknown. Original abstract painting inspired by the urban textures surrounding me as a child in the projects of South Boston. Layered spontaneously using intuition, scrapers, palette knife edges, deep vulnerability, and loads of dirty water.
This piece won 2nd place in the mixed media category at the Santa Clarita Artists Association Art Classic, September 2025.
