PS - I'm now running a local non-profit art gallery?!
What? I know. I know. There's a story.
2 years ago I became a member of the Santa Clarita Artists Association (SCAA) and I knew I wanted to volunteer, so I became the newsletter editor to keep design skills fresh. For 2024, a spot opened up for Gallery Chair to run our association gallery on 6th Street in Old Town Newhall, Santa Clarita, and I jumped (with coaxing - umm, I've never done this before. It took a minute). I have an amazing co-chair, Qiana Tarlow, an amazing team of volunteers, and buckets of fun learning the process while encouraging other artists.
We have 8 group exhibitions planned for this year serving 160 members, along with gallery rentals for solo shows, and other community events. There are a ton of great benefits to membership if you're local! You can learn more at www.santaclaritaartists.org

Check out my art on Peacock's new series, Based on a True Story!
7 of my paintings were purchased for the Based on a True Story set. We've spotted 6 and are on the lookout for the 7th. Check out the show and see if you can find them in Ava & Nathan's house! SO FUN!
