Winter 2025 at The Other Art Fair, this cool punk dude strolled into my booth and we started chatting about art, texture, city life, inspiration, grit, process, and values. Bradley Riot of LA Crimes band has since come to inspire me and has recently invited me to join a very cool lineup at this benefit art and punk show at Coyote Studios in Los Angeles.

ASHES TO ART will benefit those affected by the LA fires and features an art gallery of local artists, and outdoor marketplace with local vendors, food trucks, lounge area, pop-up thrift, and photography showcase, along with a main stage for live performances by local bands.

Sure to be a killer time! 

A portion of my art sales will go back to this event through Sweet Relief and the Pasadena Humane Society.

The Santa Clarita Artists Association's 11th Annual Spring Art Fair at Le Chene gardens was a beautiful fun day hanging with my art buddies! It's a fun time of nature, fresh air, wine, brunch, and good company. I brought a mix of newer and older works, with new tinies and smalls - some that found new homes - and debuted new flat notecards inspired by my grungy butterfly work in the Things With Wings exhibit at SCAA Gallery in Old Town Newhall.

Thrilled to have 7 paintings purchased for the set of Based on a True Story by NBC Universal! You better believe I squealed bananas-like seeing my art on TV for the first (and fifth) time. 

Announcing my first-ever solo gallery exhibition! Weeeeeeeeee! This is an exciting NEW body of work for me. After the chaos of the last couple years, I found myself drawn to home....to my roots. Revisiting the textures and feelings of growing up in the projects of South Boston and the things that truly light me up. This work was born.

When you spend time hanging with a renowned art critic and Pulitzer Prize winner IRL, YES, you abso-freaking-lutely take selfies. What an inspiring, insightfully funny, and wise human. 

I'm standing inside my booth at Jackalope Pasadena and am approached by a fun, kind man who asks if I want to be a featured artist at the West Elm store in Beverly Hills. After the pee ran down my leg, I confidently said, "YES". Imagine my complete and utter shock at this invitation.
