Industrial 2 - This painting is part of a color study within my Industrial Series. I wanted to capture the darkness with contrasting life: grungy, moody marks from memories of playing around the streets of Boston, MA. I draw from this space and nearly all of my paintings are inspired from this love and deep connection I still have to the city. The grittiness of the worn spaces blended with modern life move me as visible marks of stories and humanity.
